August Farmer in the Dell

This month for our online block of the month club we are working on two fun blocks: the tractor and the farmer!

The direction of this tractor is backwards of your pattern. This mistake is easily made with some applique methods…and it is totally fine if this happens to you. Not a big deal if your tractor is going the other direction.

On the tractor, you can use Perfect Circles for the wheels (if you aren’t familiar with this I will post a tutorial later this week).

As always, you can add whatever embellishments you want to your farmer to make him your own.

AND don’t worry about trimming any of your blocks yet. Leave them as they are and we will be trimming them when we assemble the quilt.
