We are close to wrapping up this year’s Saturday Sampler! This month we are embroidering a “Believe” square and also adding embellishments to some of our completed blocks. I love seeing the finishing touches!

Using the wool to embroider the Believe was extremely difficult. I used a large tapestry needle but pulling the yarn through this tightly woven fabric and the ironed on backing was extremely difficult. I think using perle cotton maybe would have been a better way to go. Now I need to go around the candy cane with wool too. I think I’ll use something else.
So glad you love our quilt! It will be available in the near(ish) future so definitely check back with the store. Once the Saturday Sampler year ends, the pattern will be reviewed, any mistakes will be corrected, and then it’s finalized. Kits are built as well with all the cute fabric blocks we used in its making. They are usually ready for sale a few months after the class’s ending.
Yes- soon! After the Saturday Sampler year ends, it takes a little time to review, make corrections, and get it perfect. Kits will also be available. The shop has started a list of people already interested in purchasing the kit (as they are limited), so if you’re one of those people call the store as soon as possible and we’ll be letting you know when they are ready to go!
