Sign ups for Saturday Sampler 2015-16 start on May 1st and will go through June 5th. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to participate in this amazing Block of the Month! We will not have a waiting list this year. You must sign up during the above dates. The cost is $40 and the theme is “Americana”.
If you aren’t familiar with our Saturday Sampler, it is a really great way to get exposed to many different skills, techniques, and tools in quilting. Amy (our store owner) keeps the quilt a mystery besides the overall theme (this year Americana) and the quilt is slowly revealed a month at a time. Each month on the second Saturday of the month you bring your block from the previous month to the store and pick up your new block. There are classes held every morning that give a brief overview and help with what the new blocks will be. Then you have a month to get them sewn. If you aren’t able to sew them you can still pick up your blcoks, you simply pay a $5 fee. The quilts always turn out so beautiful and fun and it is great for beginners and experienced quilter’s alike!
