Salt Box Sampler
We are starting a new Block of the Month, starting May 20, 2014.
This is a 9-month class. It will be offered in the store and Online.
This quilt was one of our American Quilting Saturday Sampler mystery quilts in 2010 and is being offered again because of all the requests we have had!
Your kit will include a varied amount of blocks each month with each month focusing on a new technique. Each month there will be an in store demonstration on technique. You will be able to pick up your kit any time the day of class. For the online class, there will be photos posted online and possibly video if needed. If you have questions or get stuck on something you can email or call the store.
The sign up fee is $25.00 (our standard class fee to hold your spot.)
If you complete the class and pick up all 9 kits you will receive a coupon for $20.00 to put towards the backing of your quilt.
Cost per month is $12.00 a kit if you are picking it up at our store.
Online price will be $18.00 a kit plus shipping.
There will be a finishing kit that you will need to complete the quilt, which will be available in January. The cost of this kit will be around $20 to $25.

Is my cost any different if I already bought the pattern? I just got it about 3 weeks ago did not know about the class? I work unti 4 every day will I be able to fit this in my schedule? What day and time will the class be?
Yes your cost will be different! I would talk to any store employee about what your cost will be because I am not exactly sure. I am hoping to update the calendar ASAP so I should have details really soon, or I think the store has them if you want to give them a call or stop by!
Will their be enough fabric in each kit to make a couple of the blocks like there was with the Farmer’s Wife or just enough fabric to make one of each block like with our Saturday Sampler?
I believe so!!
There will only be enough fabric to make the blocks specified. It is very much like our regular Saturday Sampler.
I’m not able to attend classes. I picked up my fabrics today – but how do I know which blocks they are to go with? Will there be something posted to let us know?
