GIVEAWAY: October Free-day the 13th!
My little neighbor was a John Deere tractor. It was very cute. He was so excited and so cute.
One year while living in Arizona my sister went to work as a palm tree.
The best costume I have ever seen is a couple who took large boxes and painted them like dice. They wore all black and their heads were the #1 their arms and legs made other sides of the dice. It was great.
Actually I think all costumes are great as they take some creative thinking to pull them off. I love halloween as it signals that the holidays are right around the corner!
And I already am a fan on Facebook and in reality.
The best costume I ever saw was for a dog- each set of legs turned into the legs of a pirate and his tummy looked like a treasure chest- so funny!
And, yes- Im a fan on Facebook!
The best Halloween costume I have ever seen was the year my 70 year old father came as a fruit of the loom grape-purple tights and all 🙂
I am a facebook fan!
The best Halloween costume is the one that has been posted on the internet of the small boy with his wheel chair covered as part of his costume.
Of course I’m a fan on Facebook. I am a fan always.
The best Halloween costume I have ever seen was once, very late one Halloween night, after all the little trick or treaters had gone home, my doorbell rang. I opened the door to two of my neighbors’ teen sons looking for candy. They were way too old to be trick or treating but I had to reward their ingenuity in their costumes. They were each wearin a huge white garbage bag. When I asked what they were dressed up as, they told me they were “white trash”. I thought that was hilarious!
The absolute best costume I have ever seen was this. (I hope I can describe it adequately.) A girl was on stilts-very tall stilts-that were legs to an ostrich. The ostrich was very life like. She was situated to look as though she were riding the ostrich with legs over its back. It was really fabulous. Here is a similar costume-but not as good as the one I saw. I really wish I had a picture. http://www.flickr.com/photos/angel_e/2993661500/
A girl in all pink with a shoe stuck to her head. She was a wad of gum!
I just saw one recently on pinterest that I really want to use in a few years on my little red head…it was tin-tin from the adventures of tin-tin. Super cute. Happy halloween.
I am also a FAN on facebook.
The best costume ever? I think it was a chicken costume…white painter’s paper suit, and yellow and orange rubber gloves…one was pulled low on head for the comb and two on the feet, throw on the beak..it was HILATIOUS!! I wish I had taken a picture…but you get the idea (I hope!) Thanks for the chance to win!

The best costume was one I made for my son. Took tons of work but he was the cutest dinosaur ever. Now that he is grown up – it is wonderful to remember those days. All the time and effort was so worth it.
I dressed my 6 foot tall 15 year old son in an old lady dress, put a stuffed baby sleeper on his back and a baby bonnet on his head. Then I made an old lady head and hung it under his face. It looked like an old lady with a really ugly baby on her back. It was hilarious. There was a policeman cruising the neighborhood while he was out trick or treating. He stopped to take a closer look.
I would love to win. These are adorable prizes!

The best costume I ever saw was C3PO from Stars Wars. It was totally made from stuff from a local hardware store and looked very authentic.
About 7 years ago we went down to the Provo City Trick-or-Treat they have at downtown businesses. Right outside of Provo Art and Frame there was a mannequin standing by the door all dressed in an alien costume. It was a pretty creepy costume, but not too remarkable. We were with our neighbors and their 18 year-old daughter. Just as we got to the door, the “mannequin” lunged at Lacey (the daughter) and then opened the door for her. She was scared out of her wits, and none of us had had any idea it was a real person in that costume. Funniest Halloween moment I can remember and best costume.
Mary Poppins!!
My mother in law wore a green sweatshirt and used masking tape to create the letter “P” on her front. Then, she took some black eye makeup and blackened one eye. She was a Black-eyed Pea! : )
Captain Jack and the Incredibles.
I saw a super cute Mary Poppins costume online, paired with a Bert. That’s what I’ve had my eye on.

We have a neighbor who has a Shrek costume and he has the perfect body size and bald head for it!
The best costume I have ever seen is a neighbor family dressed as the scooby do clan. Mom, Dad, and 3 kids made it hilarious!
I’m a facebook fan. Love the scrappy jack!!
A toddler as Yoda, so cute!
A coworker came as a pig. She took an old pair thermals, the kind where there’s no top and bottom, just a drop thing in the back, and dyed them pink. Then she attached long rows of baby bottle nipples, pink ears and a curly tail. I laughed all day.
The best costume I have seen was a Cow with the udders!
One of my nephew’s went trick or treating as a Starbucks cup of coffee and the other went as a package of Sweet n Low. My sister, who is not a coffee drinker, made their outfits. They were absolutely adorable.
I saw someone dressed all in pink with shoe on top of their head . . . Bubblegum on the bottom of a shoe! It was great!
My 8 months-pregnant daughter went as an “egg-over-easy”. She wore a yellow t-shirt and pants. Then she created a poster board shaped like the whites of a fried egg. Where the yolk was supposted to be she popped the posterboard over her pregnant tummy. Looked way cute and very ingenious.
I too am already a fan.
The very best costumes I have seen were worn by my sister and brother-in-law many “moons” ago, but I still vividly remember them coming into a Halloween party. He was dressed as “The Kentucky Fried Colonel and my sister came as a chicken”> It was so hilarious…..and they took home the prize.
I am now going to be your “Facebook” fan!
Thanks,
Nettie
The scariest – probably a mummy. But my all-time favorite is the Perry the Platypus costume I made a few years ago for my granddaughter. This year, I’m on the hook for a white Totoro costume for her younger brother.
The best Halloween costumes are the ones that are attached to Halloween smile. You know…the smile that a child gets the first time they put on the costume they have been obsessing about for weeks? The first time they see themselves in the mirror & their face lets you know that they believe they are Spiderman or a princess? It’s the Halloween smile that makes a great costume 🙂

I came across a picture last week of a boy who’s parents used his physical handicaps to his full potential. They turned his wheelchair into an ice-cream truck and the boy as the driver. Very cute.
The cutest costume I’ve seen is when my two little grandkids dressed up like Batman and Robin made by my daughter. They were adorable but I also might have been biased.
Just became your newest fan on Facebook!
When my grandson was about 18 months old he loved the Tin Man and could even do his dance he watched The Wizard of Oz so many times. He wanted to be the Tin Man for Halloween so I made him the costume, his sister went as the wicked witch and his mom as Dorothy. They looked great… they was very cute.
I am a Facebook friend and love, love, love, your store and classes.
The best costume – one year I dressed my daughter up as corn on the cob!
..and already a fan on facebook 🙂
Love the shop – always the cutest samples and quilts!
I am a friend!

The best costume I have seen is a mom and dad dresses like chef’s and they had their twins dresses like lobsters in big silver cooking pots! Cutest idea ever!
We honestly rock at the Halloween costumes. One of my favorites was my daughter dressed as a black cat. She stood in a box, opened at both ends, with suspenders to hold it up on her shoulders. We attached little stuffed animal kittens and puppies hanging over the 4 edges of the box. The box said, “Pets for Sale”, but her sign said, “Sold”. Adorable and so easy.
I’ve been a facebook fan for a long time!
My daughter went as a “cereal/serial” killer. She wore all black and fastened miniature cereal boxes on. She carried a large, over-sized spoon as her “weapon”.!
I am also a fan on Facebook! That’s how I remembered to enter!
My daughter always designs the most creative Halloween costumes. She’s made a hot air balloon (complete with little sand bags hanging off the basket!), a shower and even a sandwich!
I’m a fan on Facebook!
The best one I’ve seen is dryer sheet with lint all over!
And yes, I am a fan on Facebook!
The best costume I ever saw was in the 80’s at our office/ theater halloween party. Someone came dressed as Reggie Jackson the baseball player. We had no idea who it was until the end of the party. Turned out to be one of our actresses. Since she was adept at theatrical makeup she fooled us all. She had wrapped her chest , darked her skin , added a light beard and was the spitting image of him. She even did a remarkable low voice for the entire night.

And favorite Halloween costume…….hum. I like the traditional ones Like witches and scary zombies.
A fan of Facebook and a fan of Deanna 🙂
My doughter dressed as an Avatar. We painted her skin completely blue, braided her hair and gave her some pointed ears…with her bow and arrow, she looked like she was really an Avatar. Really cute…
The best costume I’ve seen was a lady with little boxes of cereal glued all over her and plastic knives sticking out of each box. She was a “cereal killer”.
Especially love the pumpkin kit!
The best costume I ever saw was a hand made chain mail costume.
