First with the exciting news:
We took a look at the total costs of Farmer in the Dell and it turns out it is only going to cost $10 a month!! That’s right. Jump on the wagon, folks because you will love it. For those of you who have already paid you will get a credit towards next month’s tuition.
Sometimes I get on these creating spurts where I need to be working on, like, 10 projects at once. And then I get burned out and take a break.
Right now is one of the creative spurts. Here are some of the fun projects I’ve been doing:
Last week we went to Disneyland and I made hair clips for my girls:
I still have lots of bare walls I am trying to fill and I loved this quote so I tried a fun puffy paint technique to write the quote on a canvas (it is still wet – so it looks glossy):
Some spring-ish yarn and fabric balls for my mantel
Some newborn baby-girl shoes
And of course my saturday sampler block. Almost done!
I’ve also been working on a huge, adorable project for everyone attending retreat. Sorry – it has to be a surprise so no reveal for a few more weeks!
Why newborn shoes? Something to tell us?
I’ll admit, these shoes made me start thinking about a baby…but no announcements yet. Just a good present to keep on hand 🙂
