The must have tool is a seam ripper. Seems I am always having to rip something out! 🙂 I also love my little pin cushion/scrap catcher that hangs off the table. I miss it if I am in another room working.

I have a love hate relationship with the seam ripper….love it; hate having to use it! I do love my iron. It stays on long enough without automatically turning off too fast. It is an Oliso. Thanks for the chance!
A must have is a sharp blade in your rotary cutter!! I NEED a new one and it has been driving me craZy!! Skips cutting so I have to always re-do!!! Thanks for the chance to win this lovely fabric!
P
Yes, you are right, those are adorable! Thanks for the chance to win.
Essential, my water bottle, does that count? I find myself coughing
a lot when I sew, the water helps curb that.
I also need my seam ripper…had to use it today several times, as a matter of fact!!
My newest tool that I need in my sewing room is the Cutting Gismo by the Gypsy Quilter. It helps make cutting chain pieced units fast and easy.
magnetic pincushion – to capture the runaway pins!

A rotary cutter with a SHARP blade is a must! Love the fabrics–Hope to WIN! 🙂
Def a seam ripper! Every time I sew I have to rip at least one seam! i also love my Free-motion foot. I even do straight lines with it becuase I hate changing the direction of my quilt 🙂
I liked you on FB 🙂
I think my favorite, besides my sewing machine, is my rotary cutter. I hate cutting with scissors or sewing by hand. I can use my rotary cutter as a seam ripper if I have to!
I follow on FB
My brand new sewing machine, it is so much better than the 35+ year old machine I was using.
Rotary cutter. How did I ever do without this puppy?
My must have tool is a piece of furniture! My husband made me a cutting table comfortable to my height! No bending over for me! Would love to have some Christmas material to cut on it! Thanks for a chance!
Definitely my seam ripper. And a cheap pair of scissors for paper, so I don’t ruin my good ones.
My favorite item….my iron. I don’t actually iron any clothes…just fabric. My poor family with the wrinkled clothing. I love fabric that has been ironed and new seams that have been ironed flat. It’s like opening a new jar of peanut butter and seeing the smoothness!!
I liked you on Facebook a long time ago! Yay!
My favorite, can’t do without tool is a sharp bladed, rotary cutter and seam ripper. I hope whoever invented either one of those has made millions!
HELLO, SUCH SWEET CHRISTMAS FABRICS!
I’D LOVE TO WIN THEM.
THANKS FOR SHARING!
MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL ♥
I love my Kwik Klip – it saves my fingernails! Thanks for the giveaway!
A small pair of scissors by my sewing machine for snipping threads. Even though my machine has a thread cutter, I find I often need the scissors instead.
My must-have tool is a wooden skewer that I use to manipulate fabric while feeding it under the presser foot.
My “must have” in my sewing room is my rotary cutter. I just love it; it helps me a lot.
Thanks for the chance.
My rotatory cutter is my best tool.
I’d have to say my sewing machine is number one tool and next would be that seam ripper which I wish I didn’t have to use . Thanks for the chance to win.
I couldn’t do without my OttLite. As I get older and my vision gets worse, good lighting becomes more important. Beautiful fabrics, thanks for the chance to win!
I would not be able to do any quilting without my sewing machine!
Lately, it has been my little ruler I use to finish seeing the binding on a quilt! It is awesome! But, I can’t do anything without my rulers! Thanks for a chance to win!
Good pincushion? A must have!
I liked you on Facebook!
Wow, I’d love those terrific fabrics! A must have tool, other than my terrific Viking sewing machine, is my 7″ square Cut for the Cure ruler. I love the alternating color lines so I don’t make mistakes lining up the right size to cut!
Good old scissors! Snip, snip, cut, cut!
Adorable – Right – You betcha!
Can I win please? If it is meant to be!
Thank you for a chance to win 5 Christmas fat quarters!

Without my rotary cutter, I’d be lost! Cant imagine how I ever prepped fabric without it! thanks for the chance! Happy Holidays!
I love my rotary cutter and mat. Love the fabrics.
I agree a GOOD seam ripper is very important, but so is an iron, a rotary cutter, a good pair of scissors (in several sizes).
But my favorite thing is organizational containers.
My must have item is my new Juki sewing machine and also my teeny-tiny snip scissors! Thanks for the giveaway chance!

well yes you have to have JACK- the ripper, but of course a nice rotary cutter, ruler and mat….and scissors. and we can’t live without a hot iron….
Now I couldn’t do it without my long arm machine either and regular sewing machine….and thread and fabric ha ha
My favorite tool in the sewing room is my seam ripper as well. Mine has a long turned wooden handle made by one of my late father’s woodturning friends. It fits my large hands very well and reminds me of my father each time I use it (and rip-it-ribbit is something I frequently do). Thanks for the giveaway. I sure could use some Christmas fabric so can make one Christmas-sy decoration this year.
My favorite tool – blush! — is my little stork scissors, which I use for cutting threads when I sew, for ripping out seams or mistaken stitches….if I cannot find them, I just cannot sew!
I can’t sew without my purple thang. It’s great for guiding fabric!
we already liked you on FB as MargaretW mlwright29(at)hotmail(dot)com
Well that’s a toss-up between my iron, or my 1/4 inch sewing foot…..the coin flip picked the iron.
